I bake small-batch, long-fermented sourdough daily using organic ingredients, right from my home kitchen. Everything is made slowly and intentionally, in limited quantities — which means items can (and often do) sell out quickly.

Open daily from 8am–8pm and stocked as bakes finish. Availability changes often and is first-come, first-served. Some days it’s full, some days it’s cleared out — that’s the rhythm of small-batch baking.

If you’re hoping for something specific (a favorite loaf, bagels, cinnamon rolls, or something new), Sunday preorders are the best way to guarantee it. Preordering helps me plan my bakes and ensures you don’t miss out.
