He signed up with me and was very concerned about his health because of the blood markers.
His Doctor suggested him to lose weight and stop eating fat, stop lifting weights, stop eating protein.

ā Started Tracking Calories
ā Started adding a little more protein to each meal
ā Started doing 500 more steps per week
ā Picked resistance based exercises that felt comfortable to him and slowly progress in that

ā Does cardio on a regular basis
