운동 중간중간에 수분 채우려고 마시는데
확실히 갈증이 덜하고
끝나고 나서 몸이 덜 무거운 느낌이에요.
수분이 잘 채워져서 그런지
운동하고 나서 피부도 덜 건조한 느낌이고요.

팔을 몸쪽으로 끌어당겨서 치는 스윙은
겉으로 비슷해 보여도
완전히 다른 움직임입니다.
팔로 끌어당겨서 치게 되면
✔️ 티에 공이 제대로 맞지 않고
✔️ 상향타격이 만들어질 수 없습니다.
팔을 당기는 순간
클럽은 뒤에서 앞으로가 아니라
옆으로 움직이게 되기 때문입니다.
반대로
왼쪽 골반이 먼저 비켜주며
팔이 내려올 공간이 만들어지면
팔은 당겨지는 게 아니라
뒤에서 앞으로 ‘내려오는 느낌’이 생기고,
이때 클럽은
인→아웃 궤도로 들어오면서
상향타격은 자연스럽게 만들어집니다.
결과를 만들려고 팔을 쓰는 게 아니라,
움직임의 순서가 결과를 만듭니다.

✔️ 왼손등이 교차되며 자연스럽게 로테이션
던지는 스윙이 아니라
이어지는 스윙.
