Weโve been doing this for 5 years and have poured hours of trial and error into techniques and materials to make sure we are proud of what we put out.
Flower preservation has seen a huge rise in that time! We took so much inspiration from America as there were so few of us in the UK but now my feed is filled with artists.
As a nosey one I always have a look at others work and can instantly see who maybe hasnโt put the same time in or is still relatively new with working with resin (even if they have lots of followers).
So if youโre wanting a resin preservation these are the things you want to check:
โ Are the moulds they use of high quality with stability built into the sides (pleasssee donโt use anyone who buys from Amazon, Temu etc). Bowed in sides is a tell tale sign.
We use incredible quality ones from
โ Is the resin they are using of high grade with high UV resistance? All resin over time will amber but you want resin that will have longevity.

โ Are they applying topcoats to their main pieces?
The lure of resin is that shiny surface with smooth, slightly rounded edge look. You cannot get that without a topcoat (trust me we know as we didnโt apply them for the first year). But they ELEVATE!!! We again use
