Come ho passato le 24 ore successive?
Sarò sincero: a rosicare!
Si, ROSICARE!
Ho sbagliato nella gestione dei giorni e delle ore immediatamente precedenti (scrivimi in privato in caso di curiosità, in quanto la spiegazione è molto tecnica).
La strategia impostata è quasi completamente saltata, provocando un rallentamento di 8 minuti rispetto alle previsioni. Ringrazio la mia amica e Team Mate per aver ripreso in mano la situazione nei momenti di gara meno confortevoli per me.
Sei stata la nostra salvezza. Detto ciò…ho ridotto e annullato la rosicatura ragionando su alcuni punti e ponendomi delle domande:
- Perché lo faccio? Semplice, perché mi piace allenarmi: è una parte di me stesso, gli allenamenti danno i ritmi alla mia giornata, mi rendono una persona migliore in qualunque ambito della Vita.
- Dove voglio arrivare? Ho già un tempo e un piazzamento come obiettivo sia nel singolo che nel double. Ho gli strumenti per raggiungere gli obiettivi e dei compagni di gara e di allenamento straordinari.
- Cosa voglio dimostrare? Voglio essere una fonte di ispirazione, a prescindere che siano allenamenti di camminata, gare Hyrox o IronMan o gestione dell’alimentazione in maniera sana e funzionale.
A 14 anni ero un impenitente ragazzo sedentario. Poi qualcosa è scattato. Ho coltivato con costanza il piacere di muovermi, in qualunque forma possa essere il movimento.
Sono conscio che chiunque possa trovare 20’ per se stesso tutti i giorni in modo da resuscitare l’identità atletica insita in ognuno di noi.
Ci sono tre chiavi fondamentali per aprire la porta del proprio successo personale:

- Programmare le azioni per raggiungerlo
- Essere costanti nel farlo
- Godersi il percorso
