Procedimento:
Schiacciate la banana fino a ottenere una purea, poi unite lโuovo e mescolate energicamente. Aggiungete il cacao e il lievito, amalgamando il tutto fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Versate lโimpasto in un contenitore adatto al microonde e cuocete per circa 3 minuti (regolatevi in base alla potenza del vostro forno).
Per un tocco extra, guarnite con crema spalmabile, cioccolato fuso o frutta fresca.
