Mi spiego meglio: una corretta pressione di gonfiaggio è fondamentale per ottenere il massimo dalle prestazioni del trattore: migliora la trazione, riduce lo slittamento, limita i consumi di carburante, aumenta il comfort di guida e contribuisce a preservare sia lo pneumatico sia il terreno.
A confermare il tutto inoltre ci sono pure i risultati dei test eseguiti presso ProvanaGroup lo scorso ottobre in una giornata dedicata organizzata da Alliance, dove gli Agri Star II sono stati messi alla prova sia in campo che su strada.
I test sono stati eseguiti ripetendo le stesse lavorazioni nelle medesime condizioni, variando esclusivamente la pressione di gonfiaggio. In campo il trattore ha lavorato con lo stesso attrezzo, mentre su strada ha percorso per un’ora lo stesso circuito a velocità costante con il ripuntatore portato. Grazie ai sensori collegati al CAN bus del trattore è stato possibile monitorare in tempo reale i consumi di carburante.
I risultati hanno confermato quanto sia importante utilizzare la pressione corretta: in campo una regolazione adeguata migliora l’aderenza, riduce lo slittamento e contribuisce a contenere i consumi, mentre su strada una pressione di 2 bar ha permesso di ridurre i consumi di circa 1 l/h rispetto a uno pneumatico sgonfio, oltre a offrire una guida più stabile e confortevole.
Posso quindi affermare che la pressione corretta, nel rispetto delle indicazioni del costruttore, si traduce in maggiore efficienza, minori consumi e migliori prestazioni durante il lavoro quotidiano.
