1. Dando close no salão. Finalmente aprendi a cuidar do meu cabelo com muito mais carinho.
2. Ver minha filha crescer tem sido a maior recompensa ❤️ Ela mudou minha vida, minha visão de mundo, meus hábitos e me tornou uma pessoa mais objetiva, com os pés no chão.
3. Sempre me perguntam como recuperei o corpo após a gestação. E sim: foi a santa disciplina. Aprendi que ser mãe não é desculpa pra me anular ou me descuidar.
4. O cabelo loiro veio como símbolo do fechamento de um ciclo ☀️
5. Mesmo treinando, também me permiti momentos de prazer… porque o que seria da vida sem eles?
6. Em meio ao corre e às distrações, retomei um bom hábito: a leitura. (Livro: “Deja de ser tú” - recomendadíssimo).
7. Me permiti conhecer novas atividades. Esse foi um ano de dizer sim a tudo que me faz bem.
8. Um dia pra agradecer em oração pelas pessoas que Deus colocou no meu caminho. Tudo feito com amor é mais bonito. Aquela mesa, aquela dedicação… isso é amor.
9. Um sonho realizado é ver minha bebê saudável. Quem me conhece sabe o porquê.
10. Adeus chapinha e babyliss - uma mulher feliz é uma mulher com o cabelo bem cuidado.
