Ich bin dankbar für jede einzelne Begegnung, für die Offenheit, die Neugier und das Vertrauen der Menschen, die sich auf diese Gespräche eingelassen haben. Genau diese Momente erinnern mich daran, warum Austausch so wichtig ist.

Aber es gibt auch Liebe. Es gibt Menschen, die bleiben. Menschen, die dich halten, wenn du selbst keinen Halt findest. Menschen, die dich erinnern, wer du bist, wenn du es selbst vergessen hast. Dafür bin ich unendlich dankbar.
Und mit jedem Jahr lerne ich etwas, das mir früher viel schwerer gefallen ist: mich selbst anzunehmen. Nicht die perfekte Version von mir. Nicht die glatte, einfache, bequeme Version. Sondern mich. Ganz. Mit meiner Geschichte. Mit meinen Brüchen. Mit meiner Wut. Mit meiner Zärtlichkeit. Mit allem, was mich ausmacht.
Selbstakzeptanz bedeutet nicht, alles schönzureden. Es bedeutet nicht, Schmerz zu romantisieren. Es bedeutet, sich selbst nicht im Stich zu lassen, nur weil das Leben manchmal hart ist.
Je älter ich werde, desto mehr verstehe ich, dass darin eine unglaubliche Kraft liegt. In dem Moment, in dem du aufhörst, gegen dich selbst zu kämpfen, wird so viel Energie frei fürs Leben. Für Liebe. Für Heilung. Für Wahrheit.
Ich liebe mein Leben nicht, weil alles leicht war. Ich liebe es, weil ich noch hier bin. Weil ich geworden bin, wer ich heute bin. Weil ich gelernt habe, mir selbst mit mehr Mitgefühl zu begegnen.
Und wenn ich mir etwas wünsche, dann dies: Dass mehr Menschen verstehen, wie kraftvoll es ist, sich selbst anzunehmen. Nicht irgendwann. Nicht erst, wenn alles perfekt ist. Sondern genau jetzt. Inmitten des Unfertigen. Inmitten des echten Lebens. Liebe für Euch ❤️🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️❤️
Heute ist mein Geburtstag.
Und wenn ich zurückblicke, staune ich darüber, wie viele Leben ich eigentlich schon gelebt habe.
So viele Erfahrungen. So viele Kämpfe. So viele Momente, die mich herausgefordert, gequält, fast an meine Grenzen gebracht haben. Und trotzdem bin ich immer noch hier.
Irgendwie habe ich es immer geschafft, wieder auf die Füße zu fallen. Nicht, weil alles leicht war. Sondern weil ich nie aufgehört habe, an das zu glauben, worauf es wirklich ankommt: an mich selbst.
An meine Kraft.
An meine Würde.
An mein Recht, mein Leben selbst zu definieren.
Daran, selbst zu entscheiden, wer ich bin, wer ich sein will und wie mein Leben aussehen soll.
Ich habe viel gesehen. Viel verloren. Viel gelernt. Viel erreicht. Und heute kann ich sagen: Ich bin stolz auf mich.
Meine Geschichte ist keine Utopie. Sie ist der Beweis dafür, dass Menschen Chancen verdienen. Dass es Ressourcen, Unterstützung und echte Möglichkeiten braucht, damit jeder Mensch sein Potenzial leben kann. Denn jeder Mensch ist jemand.
Wenn meine Geschichte für irgendetwas steht, dann dafür, dass selbst aus Schmerz Stärke wachsen kann. Dass aus Überleben Leben werden kann.
