Köfte:
500 g kıyma, 1 yk galeta unu, 1 yumurta, tuz, karabiber, kimyon.
Top köfteler yap, tavada mühürle.
Mantarlı beşamel:
40 g tereyağı → 40 g un iyice kavur →
500 ml süt azar azar ekle → tuz, karabiber, muskat.
Ayrı tavada:
2 soğanı+ 2 diş sarımsak iyice karamelize et+ sonra mantar ekleyip sotele, en son beşamelle birleştir.
Servis:
Mantarlı beşameli tabağa yay → üstüne köfteleri koy → en son biraz tereyağ ve kırmızı biberi birlikte eritip üstüne ekledim.
İpucu:
Beşamel koyu olsun. Kremamsı + yumuşak bir yemek çıkıyor biz çok beğendik.

Noel pazarlarında en çok sıraya girilen lezzetlerden biri ben de uzun zamadır videolarda görüp merak ediyordum.
Fiyatı 10 Euroydu, tadı çok farklı değil ama fırında pişirdiğimiz haline göre dışı biraz isli ve çıtır, içi ise daha sulu suluydu. Ve ballı hardallı sos, somona çok yakışmıştı. Videoyu atana kadar biz bir kere daha yedik bile 🤩 Bence denenmeye değer bir lezzet🥳
