전날 배송 다 나갔다고 연락도 드린 상태였는데
부재중2통,디엠 답장이 없다고 저렇게 디엠이 와 있었다
사기냐고……
디엠보자마자 심장이 벌렁벌렁.. 답장하는데 손이 떨림..
답장보내고 답이 없길래 전화를 다시 했다!
통화를 해야 마음이 편할거 같았다
어제 보낸 택배가 도착하지 않아
고객센터에 연락했는데 연락도 계속 안되고
결제사이트에 잘못 전화 하신거였고..
뉴스에 배송사기 이런걸 보고 그렇게 디엠 한거라고 하셨다..
배송안내도 다 해드렸고 1~2일중으로 택배 도착하실텐데 배송사기 이런말 들을 잘못은 안한거 같다고 말했다 ㅠ
연락도 안되고 그래서 그랬다며 미안하다고 하셨다
그렇게 오해는 풀렸고
그래도 배송이 늦다고 환불요청을 하셨다
원래 배송날짜보다 빨리 배송이 나간 상태였고
슬링백은 1:1 주문제작이기 때문에 교환,반품이 안되는
제품인데.. 안된다는 말이 나오지않았다
그냥 그렇게 반품을 하셨다
1인 쇼핑몰로 운영하다보니 배송,cs모두
내가 감당하고 처리해야 하는 부분이지만
이런 말 한마디에 힘이 빠지는 하루였어요..
그래도 저를 알아주시는 고객님들이 더 많기때문에
지금처럼 즐기면서 일 할수 있는거 같아요!
