Made from our own crushed wine bottles, these hand blown glasses are one of the ways we reduce our waste in the tasting room. A few years ago we purchased a glass crusher to help save space in the landfill and to start looking for creative ways to re-use our bottles. We got the amazing opportunity to partner with Portland based glass artist Gary Bodker, to create a series of recycled hand-blown cups that we are calling our Bodega Pét-Nat Glasses.
Although it’s not a large-scale solution (yet) we are beyond excited to continue using and recycling glass in low impact, creative ways. We have more ideas of how to keep recycling our used glass - so stay tuned!
