Dan Flavin— Light magician and poet of minimal art
In our new exhibition LUMEN, we bring together one female artist and three male artists who have made light and its “incomprehensibility” the central theme of their artistic practice. They explore its physical and optical properties, use light self-referentially as a material, and thus create an immediate art experience anchored in time and space.

We would like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to art karlsruhe 2026, which will open its doors to all art enthusiasts at the beginning of February next year. The international fair for classical modern and contemporary art will take place from February 5th to 8th, 2026.
As usual, our booth will be located in Hall 2, at position E03. There we will be showing works by
Rosa M Hessling, Bim Koehler, Matt McClune, Jan van Munster, Harald Pompl, Regine Schumann, Marco Stanke and Peter Weber.
In the “Paper Square” in Hall 3, we will be showing works on paper by Edda Jachens, Helmut Dirnaichner and Reinhard Wöllmer.
