3) Bons companheiros de treino fazem muita diferença. Para se tornarem bons vocês podem ajudá-los. Eu sempre converso e oriento meus alunos.
4) guardas de distância são uma opção segura. Duas mangas, manga e calça, gola e manga, delariva… pé no bíceps e laço.. tem tantaaaa opção que não dá nem pra ficar entediado

Muito aprendizado nesse campeonato, principalmente sobre aceitação. Eu fiquei brigando comigo mesma sobre a decisão de lutar de master, com uma cobrança absurda como se minha obrigação fosse vencer. Hoje eu lutei contra meninas da mesma categoria de idade do que eu, nada diferente disso. Não tem vergonha nenhuma em assumir o que somos. Claro que eu ainda quero me desafiar e lutar de adulto, mas saber o que sou e aceitar isso faz muita diferença. Hoje foi um dia de crescimento! Estou orgulhosa de mim por me aceitar, por vir aqui e dar o meu melhor.

Today was a special day for me. For the first time I fought the Master division. I pass a long amount of time feeling ashamed of myself for doing this, but the question is, why? It’s really hard to accept yourself and today I did this. Today I fought against girls that are the same age as me, nothing else. I’m proud of myself for accepting who I am and doing my best on the mats. There is no shame in that!
