During this experience, you will be guided through a journey of healing vibrations and sacred sound using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, native flutes (including bansuri), handpan, didgeridoo, guitar, chimes, bells, and other resonant instruments.
The layered frequencies and harmonics help regulate the nervous system, release tension, support emotional clarity, and invite a meditative state of deep presence. As the sounds wash over you, the body naturally shifts into relaxation, allowing stress to dissolve and awareness to expand.
No experience is necessary. Simply lie down, breathe, and receive.

Expect to move through a series of traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques while being serenaded by live musician, Gabriel "Aum" Jiménez. Different pose variations will be offered to meet you at your personal level and gently challenge you.
After about an hour of movement, you'll be ready to drop into a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation accompanied by Gabriel's entrancing Sound Healing. You'll leave this workshop floating on clouds!
