Hoy cierro un capítulo que ha marcado mi vida: mi etapa como integrante del equipo nacional de boxeo olímpico.
Ha sido un camino lleno de retos, sacrificios, victorias y aprendizajes que me han convertido en la persona que soy hoy.
Agradezco a mi familia, amigos, compañeros de equipo, entrenadores y a cada persona que me ha apoyado desde el primer día. Sus palabras y su confianza en mí me han llevado a alcanzar metas que alguna vez parecían imposibles.
Me voy con el corazón lleno de gratitud y orgulloso por haber representado a mi país en el ring.
Aunque mi etapa como competidor llega a su fin, mi pasión por el boxeo nunca se apagará, y seguiré apoyando y admirando a quienes continúan dando lo mejor de sí por este deporte.
Esto no es un adiós, sino un nuevo comienzo. Es hora de abrirme a nuevos retos y aventuras que durante tantos años deje de lado, pero siempre llevaré conmigo el espíritu del boxeo: lucha, perseverancia y corazón.

Hago esta explicación porque sois muchos los que me habéis preguntado, en cada ciclo olímpico hay una remodelación de pesos, el mío era -52kg y con la nuevas modificaciones se quedó en -51kg, un peso imposible de alcanzar para mi dadá mi condición física y anatomía.
Actualmente estoy compitiendo en -54kg y en -57kg pero los -54kg no fueron elegidos como un peso olímpico y en -57kg ya tenemos a mi compañero clasificado,por lo cual me he quedado sin la posibilidad de acudir a un clasificatorio y por ende a unos JJOO.
Cada ciclo olímpico es un mundo y no descartamos la posibilidad de poder asistir a los siguientes, si las modificaciones en los pesos me lo permiten
Seguimos entrenando y enfocados para también competir y poder conseguir más medallas al boxeo español tanto en mundiales como en europeos y toda clase de torneos internacionales 🥊🔥
