Op 5 september is het weer tijd voor Jammen in de Fruittuin, hét creatieve en muzikale feestje in onze fruittuin! Optredens bomvol spontaniteit, improvisatie en experimenten. Kom de hele avond dansen op bekende deuntjes, maar in een fris en eigen jasje.🎶💃🏼🪩
, de koning van de Nederlandse muzikale creativiteit, warmt ons op van 19:30 tot 21:00. Daarna barst het jammen los en laten de muzikanten zien wat ze hebben klaargespeeld in één dag!🐠🎷

Verder hebben we in de winkel voor iedereen met groene vingers fruitbomen en -struiken, zaden pootgoed én plantgoed. Vorige week zijn kleine andijvie, radicchio, batavia sla, kropsla, eikenbladsla, bleekselderij, bloemkool en koolrabi planten binnengekomen 🥬

We zijn Eerste én Tweede Paasdag open! Zowel zondag als maandag van. De zon lijkt flink te gaan schijnen en de boomgaard staat al een beetje in bloei!💮
Het is prachtig om te zien hoe de verschillende bomen en struiken omstebeurten de lente omarmen☀️
Terwijl de laatste pruimen nu ook vol in bloei staan (foto 5), is de eerste kersenbloesem zichtbaar (foto 4)🍒 de appels (foto 3) staan nog niet in bloei, maar her en der zijn de prachtige roze knoppen al zichtbaar. De meeste fruitstruiken zijn al behoorlijk groen en ook daar is de bloei al te zien❇️ Zoals in de witte bes (foto 2) en de prachtige én heerlijke jostabes (foto 1)🫐
Daarnaast hebben we in de winkel veel fruitstruiken, zaden, pootaardappelen én peultjes om thuis te groeien!

Dit was afgelopen week toen er (weer) een laag sneeuw in Amsterdam was gevallen❄️ deze prachtige beesten kunnen daar gelukkig super goed tegen. Ze zijn het hele jaar door buiten en zoals goed op de foto te zien hebben ze een hele dikke wintervacht. Onze kudde bestaat nu uit 5 koeien en hun 5 kalfjes die afgelopen jaar geboren zijn. Nu het gras een beetje moeilijker bereikbaar is, voeren we ze elke twee dagen een dikke baal hooi. Daarnaast krijgen ze groenteresten uit onze winkel en ze krijgen (afgekeurde) groente van biologische boerderij Kempenaar uit Leimuiden🥕🥬 daar rijden we toch al elke week heen om groenten voor onze winkel op te halen! Boer blij, koeien blij, wij blij, jullie blij😊
