📑 Smooth Start Body Butter 📑
INGREDIENTS:
FROM YOUR BOX
- 1 Tbsp Shea Butter
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (solid)
- ½ tsp Stearic Acid
- 1 Tbsp Almond Oil
- 9 drops Fit Essential Oil Blend
FROM YOUR HOME
- 2oz jar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Create an ice bath by adding ice to a large bowl. Set aside.
2. Melt Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, and Stearic Acid in a double boiler (or in the microwave using short intervals).
3. Remove from heat, stir in Almond Oil.
4. Set the container with the mixture into the ice bath. Allow the mixture to cool until it just begins to solidify along the edges. Add essential oils and stir to combine.
5. Allow the mixture to continue to cool until it becomes solid but is still soft. Use a spoon or hand mixer to whip the mixture until creamy.
6. Scoop body butter into jar. Label.
7. To use, apply to arms, legs, or any dry areas after a shower or workout for skin that feels smooth and refreshed.
Tip: This body butter may firm up over time (especially in cooler environments). Just scoop out a small amount and let the warmth of your hands soften it before use.
