Pick up in a classic red Italian car, winding through the streets above the Amalfi Coast, until we arrived at the sweetest little pizza place you can imagine, where all guests were already waiting with limoncello and Aperol. ✨

Behind every setting are countless people: teams working in the blazing sun arranging flowers, polishing silver cutlery, and carrying heavy furniture like bars or lounge elements from one place to another.
And I think it’s important to know that.
Because behind every seemingly effortless setup lies a lot of work, sweat, and very little glamour. ✨
I often see perfectly staged images of planners – and who knows, maybe my colleagues manage to present themselves that way as well.
But when we’ve already been on site for seven hours, supervising and actively supporting the setup, I don’t look perfectly styled anymore. I simply look like myself.
No Prada sunglasses. No bossy outfit. No perfectly curated look.
I used to be bothered by that.
Today, I know it’s exactly what makes us approachable. It puts us on eye level with all the other service providers who contribute just as much to making an event truly successful.
And that’s exactly where I want to stand.♥️
And somehow, I still manage in the end to quickly touch up my makeup and look presentable (like in the last picture)
But the priority is always the event – not the staging of myself or our team!

Was man auf diesen Bildern nicht sieht:
Dass zwischen Trauung, Dinner und Aufbau teilweise fast 600 Meter liegen.
Dass es sich um normalen Hotelbetrieb handelt – und Aufbauzeiten oft erst sehr spät starten können.
Dass ein Team dann präzise, schnell und absolut eingespielt arbeiten muss. ✨
Man sieht nicht die Hitze, die Blumen, Kerzen und Menschen gleichermaßen fordert.
Nicht die Logistik, wenn Orte überfüllt sind, Zufahrten limitiert, Genehmigungen notwendig und jede Bewegung durchdacht sein muss.
Was man sieht, ist Leichtigkeit.
Was dahinter steckt, ist Erfahrung, Planung und ein Team, das weiß, wie man Ruhe schafft – auch wenn es hinter den Kulissen alles andere als einfach ist.

Ich bin ein Genussmensch, liebe das Reisen, gutes Essen und gemütliche Abende mit Freunden. Mein perfekter Tag? Barfuß im Sand, ein Glas Wein in der Hand und der Sonnenuntergang irgendwo auf der Welt – mit meinem Verlobten Tom.
