Das vergangene halbe Jahr habe ich bereits erste Erfahrungen im DaF-Bereich gesammelt. Normalerweise komme ich aus dem regulären „normalen“ Deutsch-Bereich, aber aufgrund von oder besser gesagt thx Lehrermangel af ☝🏻habe ich dann die Möglichkeit gehabt an einer Berufsschule DaF zu unterrichten (hier: Für Jugendliche Flüchtlinge)
📝➡️Mein Fazit dieser Zeit: Maximale Dankbarkeit, Motivation, Bereitschaft der Schüler*innen kombiniert mit einer extra großen Portion Herzlichkeit, wie wir es uns von der deutschen Kultur nur wünschen könnten. Natürlich hatten nicht immer alle Bock. Tbh ich auch nicht 🤝 Und natürlich gab es auch viele Konflikte. Aber meistens aufgrund der Sprachbarriere!!!
Und genau deshalb mach ich diese „Lehrer-Reise“ hier nach Portugal, um zu fühlen, zu verstehen, zu lernen was es heißt selbst einmal „Ausländer“ zu sein. (Warum fühl sich dieser Begriff eigentlich immer so falsch an?!)
Naja …und bevor hier irgendwelche Insta-keks auf mich einstürzen: ICH WEIẞ, dass ich mich dabei in einer sehr priviligierten Situation befinde!!! Ich bin nicht aus Not raus aus Deutschland. - Sondern mit MEINER Intention mich einmal in die Situation zu begeben in einem Land zu leben, zu unterrichten und zu sein, dessen Sprache ich nicht spreche und dessen Kultur ich kaum kenne. Um ein wirklich „erfolgreicher“ Lehrer zu sein gehört es für mich dazu wirklich emphatisch und verständnisvoll zu sein und es nicht nur zu behaupten. Ich würde mich zwar als so ein Mensch beschreiben, aber sidenote eines „alten gut bewährten“ Lehrerspruchs: ~ Luft nach oben besteht immer ~ lol 🫧🩵
