Nata a Bassano del Grappa il 27 maggio 1997, Francesca è una delle protagoniste del basket femminile italiano e capitana dell’Umana Reyer Venezia.
Dopo la crescita nel settore giovanile veneziano e l’esordio in Serie A1 ad appena 17 anni, ha vissuto un’importante esperienza negli Stati Uniti con Georgia Tech, diventando una delle migliori giocatrici nella storia del programma universitario.
Rientrata in Italia nel 2020, si è affermata come una delle leader della Reyer Venezia, contribuendo alla conquista di Scudetti, Coppe Italia e Supercoppe Italiane, oltre a essere nominata MVP delle Finali Scudetto 2021.
Con la maglia azzurra ha completato tutta la trafila delle nazionali giovanili, conquistando la medaglia d’argento agli Europei Under 20 del 2016. Dopo il debutto con la Nazionale maggiore, è diventata una presenza costante dell’Italbasket femminile.
