Salt & pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves
Fresh rosemary
1 tbsp butter
For the sauce:
1 cup beef stock
1 cup fresh cream
1โ2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1โ2 tbsp soy sauce
