Ingredients
- 80g of stuffing mix
- 12 Pigs in blankets
- 1 block of Brie
- 1 jar of cranberry sauce
Method
1. air fry your pigs in blankets and Yorkshire puddings according to package/recipe directions
2. While these cook, make your stuffing
3. Once these are cooked, add your stuffing, brie, pigs in blankets and cranberry sauce to the Yorkshire puddings
4. Pop back into the airfryer for 5 minutes to let that brie melt
5. Serve as is alongside a glass of mulled wine, or add a splash of gravy to really keep it cosy

Ingredients:
500g miniature potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
Sprinkle of dried rosemary
Salt & pepper to taste
75g Brie
50g cranberry sauce
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°c
2. Boil your potatoes in a pan with salted water for about 15 minutes or until they are fork-tender
3. Drain the potatoes and then place on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Using the bottom of a mug, gently squash your potatoes
5. Brush each smashed potato with the olive oil, salt & pepper
6. Roast the potatoes for 40 minutes or until they are gold and crispy
7. Once the potatoes are crispy, remove the tray from the oven and pop your brie slices on top. Return the tray to the oven for an additional 5 until the Brie is melted.
8. Spoon your cranberry sauce onto each potato, and garnish with some dried (or fresh) rosemary
9. Serve up and enjoy with your favourite wintery cocktail ✨🥂

½ courgette
2 potatoes, peeled
Olive oil
30g Parmesan
2 tbsp honey
1 roll puff pastry
100g natural Greek yogurt
1 tsp mixed herbs
Salt & pepper
Method
1. Slice the courgette and potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt & pepper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry. Spread with Greek yogurt and ¾ of the Parmesan. Layer the courgette and potato slices on top and sprinkle with mixed herbs.
3. Bake at 200°C for 15 mins, or until golden and crispy.
4. Remove from the oven, add the remaining Parmesan and drizzle with honey.
5. Serve warm with a fresh salad or enjoy cold with a glass of wine or fizz 🥂
