How good does that juicy lamb look please?! 🤤
Our most recent visit to this restaurant was gorgeous. We’ve been here a bunch of times now and although we were gutted the scotch egg’s been taken off the menu, this time was just as delicious as the rest 😍
Voyagers menu is mostly small plates, perfect for sharing. There are a bunch of snacks and sides to choose from as well 🤗 The menu is a mixture of global cuisines with local influence. If you visit Monday-Friday for the rest of January you can nab 50% off your food bill too! 👌👌
Here’s what we went for in order on the reel 👇
🍖 Chorizo, red wine, parsley £8.50
🥙 Lamb Arayes with shatta sauce & mint yoghurt £13.50
🦪 Steamed mussels with nduja butter and charred focaccia £10.50
🍟 Triple cooked chips £7.50
🥘 Curried parsnip risotto with spiced almond crumb and parsnip crisps £10.50
🍖 Confit duck leg, braised lentils, mustard pickled vegetables £15.50
🍗 Salt and pepper chicken thighs with house sriracha and gochujang pickled watermelon £14.50
🍮 Vanilla creme brûlée £9.50
And oooofff, this was tasty. Our standouts were the lamb, risotto and duck leg 🤤 these were so delicious and packed with flavour, be careful with that sauce with the lamb though if you’re not a fan of heat 🥵😂
I think it’s amazing value you can get your hands on all of this for £20pp and if you’re doing dry Jan, their mocktail selection is fantastic too. We decided to have a booze free night (shock horror, I know) and really enjoyed it thanks to that DELICIOUS spicy marg 👏
Another fabulous dinner here with friendly & attentive service. Really can’t go wrong ❤️
Which dish are you going for first?! 😍😍

Two hours of bottomless drinks, a dish of your choice, available 7 days a week until 6pm AND starting at £35?! Helloooo 😍😍
As you probably know, I love me a good bottomless. If you’re going to be ordering more than 2 drinks with your main it’s a financial no-brainer for me 😂 …we may have ordered a few more than that though 🫠
Revolution’s bottomless is £35 Sunday-Thursday and £37.5 on Saturdays. You can upgrade to a selection of premium cocktails for £7.50, which we did and it was worth it for that Mean Girl cocktail! Lovely 👌
The food options are really good for a bottomless, you’ve got brunch dishes, burgers, pizzas pancakes, loaded fries. We got both burgers which came with fries and onion rings, which were good 🥰
Brilliant service, fab drinks and we had so much fun. Would be great for a celebration ✨
What’s your go to drink on a bottomless? Fizz or cocktails? 🍸🍾

Niche, but does anyone else appreciate GOOD wine glasses in a hotel room? 😍😂
Safe to say our staycation at the Halyard hotel was perfect. I love getting ready in a lovely hotel room, this one has the best makeup lighting and there are plug sockets everywhere 💅👏
Not only are the rooms fabulous, with robes, toiletries, a stocked fridge & coffee machine, wifi and most importantly the COMFIEST bed 🤗, They also have such a pretty, green reception area and gorgeous bar & restaurant 🍽️
From check in, you’re treated to a their signature Mexican hot chocolate - they’ll even add in coconut rum if you fancy - which is their homage to Liverpool’s chocolate importing history 🍫 For a special treat, they can even arrange a cocktail trolley to your door, so you can have a pre-dinner tipple to enjoy while you’re getting ready! Which we LOVED💄
This would be the perfect valentines date in my opinion, they have package offers at the moment as well. One is their Celebration Stay from £137 per room and includes a bottle of fizz in your room, breakfast and 1pm late checkout! 🍾 There are special member rates (you can join for free) to make Valentines extra special, too 💕
Stay tuned to see what we had for dinner! …it’s 50% off food for another two weeks too 👌👌

Have you ever made your own pasta?!
Well, I hadn’t but the fabulous changed that last week by treating me to one of the best food experiences I’ve ever done!
If you’re in/near Liverpool, you’ve probably heard of Flour Will Fly 🧑🍳 If you haven’t, it’s home to Liverpool’s top-rated Italian cooking classes, located off Water St and ran by Paola and her family 🍝
The classes are published 3-4 months in advance on their website and sell out SUPER quick ❤️ The classes range from pasta, pizza to cannoli and other seasonal events. The one we did was the tortellini class and it was BRILLIANT 🤩
You get all the ingredients to make your dish while you’re there, 3x drinks throughout the experience, an individual charcuterie board, you can enjoy your freshly made pasta while you’re there AND take whatever you have left home!
No matter your experience in cooking, you’re guaranteed to create something delicious, learn something new and it’s such a lovely atmosphere, too. The space feels so homely and Paola and her lovely mum are always at hand to lend you a helping hand during the session 🥰
Your pasta is cooked for you while you’re there (ours had the best ‘nduja & tomato sauce) and not to brag, but ours was DELICIOUS 🤤 We toddled off feeling full, accomplished …and a little tipsy 😂
Such a great experience, genuinely couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you so much for booking this this is one for our books ❤️❤️❤️

Did you brave going out on NYE? 😂🥂
We did AND got home before midnight to watch the fireworks with a fizz! …started 2026 strong 💪. For dinner we went to the Restaurant Bar & Grill on Brunswick st and it was SO busy. They seemed to handle the chaos well though and the service was good, even though we had to chase a few things up.
What we ordered 👇
🥖 Sourdough with jersey butter £6
🥩 Fillet steak tartare with free range egg yolk, horseradish & parsley mayonnaise on toasted sourdough £15.50
🦆 Crispy duck spring rolls with pineapple & ginger sauce £13
🐟 Fish & Chips with mushy peas & tartare sauce £21
🥗 Crispy duck salad - Thai herb salad with sugar snap peas spring onion, bean sprouts, pink grapefruit, red chilli, coriander, mint, soy & Asian dressing £17.50
🍾 Picpoul de Pinet £38
The steak tartare was deliciously rich thanks to the egg yolk and had a loveeeely kick. Can’t go wrong with crispy duck spring rolls either and the duck salad balanced indulgent and fresh PERFECTLY 🤗👏
Will 100% come back and really like this restaurant but probably leave it to a less busy evening next time 😂 They have 2 courses for £26 on at the minute too 👌
Which starter are you going for?! Crispy spring rolls or steak? 🤗

What steak sauce is your go to?! Mine changes between béarnaise and peppercorn 🤗
As usual, Hawksmoor is back with one of their amazing value set menus for January and I was so excited to visit to try it out! 😍 It was my boyfriend’s first time trying here as well, which made it even more special ❤️
Here’s what we ordered!
🥓 Potted Beef & Bacon with Yorkshire’s and onion gravy
🥗 Hawksmoor Caesar with Cantabrian anchovies
🥩 Dry-Aged Fillet Tail with steakhouse salad (£ supplement)
🐟 Roast Hake with vinegar peppers
🍟 Beef dripping chips
🍃 Creamed spinach
🍨 Sticky Toffee Pudding Sundae
🍒 Black Forest Pavlova with morello cherries, sour cherry sorbet, dark chocolate mousse
On this menu you can go for one course for just £16 (with a side), two for £19.50 or three for £23. If you visit on Mondays you can bring your own wine and just pay a corkage fee of £5 too! 🍾
As always here for me, this was 10/10, the steak was cooked to perfection and I’ll stand by hawksmoor’s Caesar being the BEST Caesar 🏆 The only thing I’ll say is that I would recommend sharing a dessert between two …we couldn’t finish ours 😂
This menu is available 1st - 31st January, Monday - Tuesday 4:30pm - 6:00pm, Wednesday - Thursday 12:00pm - 3:00pm & 4:30pm - 6:00pm, Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm - 5:30pm for tables of 6 or less 🍽️
Thank you for another perfect experience 🥩

The gorgeous Salt House! Don’t know anyone who doesn’t love this place …and goes without ordering at least one portion of their croquettes 😂
Here’s what we went for 👇
🍖 Jamon, spinach & goats cheese, salt cod croquettes £3.95 each for 2
🥩 Slow-braised big cheeks, truffle mash, silverskin onions, pork jus, pork crumb £12.95
🥗 Hot smoked salmon Caesar salad, baby gem, croutes, Caesar dressing, manchego £7.95
🍟 Fried bravas potatoes, chunky tomato sauce, aioli £7.50
As always, SO delicious and the pork cheek, ooof. Please get this when you next go if you haven’t tried it! It’s beautiful, melt-in-the-mouth, with the most silky mash and the added texture from the pork crumbs and onions is perfection 👌
Hope you all have a wonderful new year ❤️🍾

Love a staycation?! SAME and this central aparthotel has the best offer for January 💸 For a one bedroom apartment, late checkout AND a bottle of fizz it’s just £59 per night Sunday-Thursday!
On Fridays it’s £75 and Saturdays, £109 👌
There’s a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, spacious lounge with all the streaming apps available to log straight into AND my favourite, fabulous dockside views with windows & balconies that open right out 😍
ALSO, it’s less than a 5 minute walk from the M&S Bank Arena. Perfect if you’re off to a gig or if you just fancy a cosy getaway in the city 🏙️
These one bedroom apartments sleep up to four people, so £15pp, including a chilled glass of fizz is an absolute bargain in my opinion 👏
Anyone else love a foodie night around the beautiful Albert Dock? 🤗🤗

Do you have a staple five guys order?!
We came this time to try their brand new loaded fries and omggg they’re SO good 🤤 They’re topped with hot cheese sauce, a secret fry sauce and you can add up to 14 toppings 👌
We went for the Cajun fries with crispy onions, green peppers, jalapeños & bacon and they were so tastyyyy. They’re open in at 11am on Boxing Day if you’re in need of a turkey break! 😂
Hope you all have a wonderful, happy Christmas, however you’re spending it! 🎄❤️
