1 big Cup of Chopped Fresh Methi
1 Cup grated Zucchini
Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
Spices - Black Pepper Powder, Haldi, White Sesame Seeds, Chilli Flakes & Salt
Hand pounded Hing from
1Tbsp Groundnut Oil from
1 & Half Cup Multigrain Aata from which doesn't contain Wheat Flour!
Add Some water & Knead a soft dough
Now roll the dough with dry Multigrain Aata & give it a round shape,
On a hot Tawa Cook it on Both the sides using some ghee & ZMC Multigrain Paratha is Ready!!
Serve Hot 🔥 with spicy Green Chutney & Enjoyy!!!

I'm a Hot Pan
Add 3 cups water
1tsp Haldi & 1 tsp Jeera
1 Tsp Green chilli paste
Add Salt as per taste
A big bowl of Fresh Chopped Coriander With stems
2 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
1tsp Hand Pounded Hing
Once this comes to a boil
1tsp Baking powder
Now the colour changes a bit mix well
Add 1 cup Organic Makai Aata
Start mixing it well with. Whisker So that there are no lumps,
Cover it for 5 mix on slow flame!

1 Cup Bajra Flour
1/4th cup Rawa
Coarsely Crushed Boiled Green Peas
Lots of Chopped Methi
1Tbsp Green chilli paste
Lots of Chopped Coriander Leaves
Mix of spices hing, haldi, red chilli powder & Salt
1/4th Cup Fresh Malai
3Spoons Of the Methi Matar Malai Masala
Little Water
Mix well & rest the batter for 5mins
Once rested
Add little oil in the cavities of Appe Pan
Once the oil is hoy, add sesame seeds & add the batter
Flip it once you feel like the bottom part is cooked
And once both the sides are cooked well,
Serve hOt in a plate with Spicy Mint Dahi Chutney & Enjoyyy 🔥
