Standouts for me were the polpette, cozze and then Cioppino main dish (a tomato & fennel based seafood stew with hake, prawns, squid, mussels, white wine). The desserts were equally stunning and plentiful - Zeppole, hot Italian doughnuts dusted in sugar were like bites of heaven with custard.
Bosco use the finest ingredients that are imported from the markets of Milan and Naples. Their pizza dough and arancini are made fresh in house every single day. Style & chic, add this one to your list if you love Italian food.

A culinary delight, this is a 14 Course Tasting Menu that will truly alter your brain chemistry. Crafted carefully, these innovative dishes are made using fresh ingredients which are sourced from A+ suppliers across Wales, England, France, Japan, China & Costa Rica (swipe to see the list). The scallops were a firm favourite for us, melt in the mouth along with the silky steamed trout. A buttery texture with subtle spice & citrus. Some of the dishes are inspired by Japanese culture and techniques with fermentation.
You are in for a real treat with four desserts, we are talking Vietnamese passion fruit and then raspberry with shiso & Madagascan vanilla. The citrus from the freshly grated lime combined with the sweet tart flavours in this dish were outstanding, words cannot describe.
Matt has a deep passion for cooking, and his journey began when he was just 16 years old, he has climbed up the ranks and has worked in some of the UK’s top Michelin starred restaurants including Ynyshir, L’Enclume and Casamia.
Most of you know I am well traveled and have visited some of the top restaurants in the world, FIR by is definitely high on the list for me and I am planning to return to try his larger plates from the Vine Tree menu -
We stayed here for over 3 hours and did not want to leave, they have the cosiest, calm setting. Aesthetics are also on point. Stunning views & I must also mention the gorgeous ceramics by Matt Jones -. This is an experience that has thoroughly been thought through and one that will stay with me forever.

If you dine at Prezzo this autumn, you’ll receive a scratch card along with your bill. Prizes can be validated and redeemed for your next visit. If you’re looking for a grab & go treat, then the carrot cake milkshake will satisfy your cravings. It’s giving subtle pumpkin spice and it’s luxuriously creamy. Ofc we couldn’t finish all the food, so we took some home! Always a good time at Shake Shack.

Guys and girls, are home of the pizza dog and have arrived at. Specialising in NYC style pizzas which are fully loaded and available by the slice, we demolished a few and the pepperoni was a firm favourite. You can also expect hot dogs, fries, mozzarella sticks, New York style cheesecake, and stuffed chocolate donuts for dessert.
Golf Fang have elevated their space with ‘Big Fang Arcade’. We played some retro games and enjoyed the party tunes followed by a round of golf. Cherry slushies (non-alcoholic) are the one for me.
