キタノメダカは環境省レッドリストで絶滅危惧II類に記載されており，保全は勿論、各地域産の系統をそれぞれ独立して守りたい。

『新潟県めだかフェスティバル』の会場の燕市吉田産業会館へ！
手際よく準備が進められ、午前10時の開会時には天気予報とは違う晴天！(￣◇￣;)会場内は熱気に包まれた！
会場内にスペースを頂き，撮影用水槽や上見撮影用のボウルに水を張り、撮影を希望くださった方々のメダカを順調に撮影！
16:00の閉会時には出店者一同の記念写真を撮らせて頂いた！皆さん，やり切った充実感に溢れた表情をされておられた！
自分は三度目の『新潟県めだかフェスティバル』になったが，やっぱり新潟勢のメダカは質が良いのである。とても楽しい時間を過ごさせて頂いた。
帰りは吉田さんに燕三条駅まで送って頂き，10分待ちで新幹線に！
24時間の新潟行きであった！

東京駅から燕三条駅までは1時間54分！遠くはないのだが，明日の朝出発となると最寄駅から5:16発に乗らないといけなくて、時刻的には問題ないのだが，会場で撮影させて頂くために、しっかり寝て、スッキリした気分で撮影しようと前日入りを決めた！
明日は新潟県、至近県の方々のメダカを撮影させて頂く予定！

今年は"フロマージュ"系統と共に、「メダカの鮮やかな黄色」を追求するところも個人的に楽しんでおり，この系統と"黄桜ラメ"や"フロマージュ"を交配してみたくなった。
"バグランブラック"は、池谷雄二氏が「グアニン集め」をテーマに"サンセット極龍"、"Azuma系ロングフィン"、"垂水ロングフィン"などを、『メダカ屋猫飯』で2015年から続けてこられた「下唇系」と呼んでいる系統にそれぞれ交配させながら作られた系統で、由緒正しいところがある！
さぁて、この系統のどこに黄色が入るか？そして，その黄色をどこまでエサで鮮やかに出来るのか？広島県福山市在住の『めだかっこキングダム』の野崎卓児氏のように「妄想」を楽しんでいる。🤭
結果は早くて今冬になるだろう。

『ハピネスめだか』さんと言えば、"フロマージュDX"が垂涎の的だが、私的にはこの交配系統がワクワクした！
状態の良い個体が届き、ひたすら採卵！しっかりF4個体を確保した！そこで採卵終了の記念写真を！^_^
"フロマージュ"の特徴の一つであった、ヒレ上の白い結晶を戻すためには格好の素材！
"ホワイトタイガーダイヤ"からの白体色を含め，F4の基調色は大別して３つに分かれているが，それぞれの基調色で別々にF5を採りたい！

一つ前の投稿で紹介させて頂いた"大和"作出に使われた『めだか艶娘』さんのオリジナル系統である。
2〜4枚目は"ながれぼし"
三色ラメ幹之の松井ヒレ長系統である。
どの個体からも『めだか艶娘』さんのこだわりが感じられる。
やっぱり三色系統の良魚は撮影していて楽しくなり，魚の魅力に吸い込まれる！

昨日は、徳島県で三色系統など、魅力的なメダカを生産されている『めだか艶娘』さんの三色系統5系統を撮影させて頂いた。
この"大和"は、『めだか艶娘』さんのオリジナル系統"飛鳥"✕"和墨"のF5で、濃い赤✕濃い墨を際立たせた三色を目標に進められている系統。
リリース予定は今秋だそうで、次世代、さらに美しくなった"大和"が楽しみである。

雨でもなく，普通の曇天の朝なのだが，各容器のメダカの泳ぎが普段と違うと感じたのである。調子が悪いという訳ではなく、なんか動きがいつもと違ったのである。
気になったら水換え，8個ほどの容器の1/3〜1/2の水量をすぐに換えた。
何が原因だったか？
それは昨晩から今朝にかけての湿度の高さが一番の要因だと感じた。
昼頃には屋外のメダカたちも普段通りの泳ぎ，餌食いに戻ってくれた。
天気予報を見る時は大体，今日の天気、降水確率を見るだろうが，横浜は、昨日の18時の湿度72%から湿度が上がり始め，29日の午前0時頃は湿度は95%.今日は午前8時ぐらいから湿度は下がり始め、今は湿度が32%になった。
高水温はもちろん気になるが，天気予報では、キッチリ調べないと出てこないかもしれない湿度もチェックしておくことも水換えのタイミングを計る上でとても参考になる。
是非，これからの梅雨，初夏の時期には、降雨の事と同時に、湿度も知っておかれると良いだろう。
関東地方の方は今朝のメダカの状態がどうだったか？思い直されるのも良いだろう。

『メダカ品種図鑑IV』は現行品で現在でも購入いただけるが、2024年7月から2026年にかけては、ヒレ長系統、マリアージュロングフイン交配系統、和墨交配系統、アースアイ系統、ブラックリム系統、そして、カガミ鱗などで様々な新たな表現を持った系統が作られ、ハウスネームも覚えきれないほど溢れるようになり、品種図鑑を制作することにちょっと躊躇する部分もあった。
東山君と相談、「何を削除しようか？」と考えていたのであるが、「図鑑は記録でもある」というところから『メダカ品種図鑑III』で削除していた品種も復活させ、過去2年で作られた品種、系統が200以上あるのだが、「全部詰め込もう！」ということになった。
『メダカ百華 創刊号』を刊行したのが2012年のこと、約15年分の記録として残しておきたい品種，系統を860以上ピックアップ中！
『メダカ百華』も20.5号、21号、22号と過去3冊、電子書籍版でのみ刊行するようになり、『Medaka AG』シリーズが定価300円で刊行，号数を重ねる毎に皆様が電子書籍に馴染んでくださっていることもあり、『メダカ品種図鑑V』も電子書籍版のみで制作、印刷物で限界だったページ数も電子書籍版にすることで無制限に増やせる利点を活かし、新たな200以上の品種、系統もしっかりと掲載することにした。
索引に何か工夫が出来れば，イベント会場などでもすぐにそのメダカの情報が得られる形も試行中！
ページ数は余裕の300ページ超え(￣◇￣;) ピーシーズのフラッグシップである『熱帯魚・水草3000種図鑑』が512ページなので、そこまでにはならないものの、なんか凄いことになりそう(￣◇￣;)ページ数がいくら増えても定価は『メダカ品種図鑑IV』と同額か値下げも視野に！これってとても素晴らしい！
