Gosh I’m so excited that they are finally ready! I’ve been tweaking and fixing up and changing these brushes for absolute MONTHS and I’m happy to say I am now very happy with them.
These are the general brushes I use for all my paintings. There’s lots of wet, painterly strokes. They’re great for mixing your colours and getting that slight traditional feel. My biggest tip is to flatten your layers wherever possible to really blend all those colours together. And be sure to ‘dab’ with them as well as painting strokes! Oh, and use the blend mode. Especially the fingerprint one which only works on blend.
There’s also a full timelapse included of my recent sunset lion landscape piece, as well as an annotated version with hints and tips.
I’m hoping to do a more detailed and in-depth tutorial of how I use the brushes at some point. But for now, feel free to message me or comment with any questions!
