中国で医療の中心が薬膳の元になる中医学だった時代は、
栄養不足による不調や病気が主流でした。
そのため、薬膳は補うことが中心でしたが、
現代日本では、栄養の偏り、飽食、ストレス、
添加物や化学物質などが原因となり、
体に不要なゴミを溜めている人が目立つようになりました。
不要なものを巡らせて出してから必要なものを
取り込むことで、栄養が必要な場所に届きやすくなります。
そのため、このカウンセリングでは、
現在の体調を、現代日本人に多い４タイプに分けて、
パーソナルに食のアドバイスをいたします。
必要な方には、食事を作れない日に外食する時、
コンビニやスーパーのお惣菜を選ぶ時の選び方も
お伝えするので、薬膳が初めての方でも無理なく
実践していただけるアドバイスです。

初めての方向けの薬膳カウンセリングを行っています。

モーリー薬膳代表・薬膳講師の森澤孝美による中医学（中国伝統医学）の考え方をもとに、「家庭で実践できる薬膳」をお伝えしています。
私は38歳7カ月の高齢初産をイタリアで経験し、
自身の更年期と子育てを同時に体験。
娘の思春期と更年期のピークによる母娘のぶつかり合いを
中医学を学び薬膳で解決。
更年期症状の緩和と娘の体調不良が改善という経験があります。
その経験から、「なかったことにする薬膳」や「簡単エイジングケア薬膳」を通じて、
特に40代・50代女性の体と心をサポート。
味噌汁やカレーなど、普段の食事をその人に合った薬膳へと応用できるよう指導しています。
現在は、一般向け講座に加え、エステ・ヨガ・フィットネスなどのプロ向け薬膳アドバイザー講座や、企業・PTAセミナーも実施。これまでに延べ2,500人以上が受講し、開催は720回を超えています。
自身の更年期の不調をきっかけに薬膳と出会い、身近な食材で体調が改善した経験から、「薬膳は特別な料理ではなく、誰でもできるもの」という想いを大切にしています。
レシピに頼らず、自分に合った食べ方を選べる力を身につけることそれが、私の伝える「簡単エイジングケア薬膳」です。

なかったことにする薬膳とは？
「食べるな」という考え方ではありません。
大切なのは、足りないものを少し補ったり多すぎるものを少し削ったりしながら、体のバランスを整えていくこと。薬膳は特別な食材や難しい知識が必要なものではなく、毎日の食事の中で無理なく取り入れられるものです。体質やその日の体調に合わせて、ほんの少し意識を変えるだけでいいのです。好きなものを我慢するのではなく、うまく付き合っていくこと。
それが、なかったことにする薬膳です。制限ではなく、調整ですだから、無理なく続きます

スーパーで手に入る、いつもの食材で大丈夫です。
■難しい知識は不要です
体の仕組みをシンプルに知るだけで、食べ方は変わります。
