Det meste jeg noensinne har løpt på én uke, og jeg kjenner jeg er i livets beste form! Kun 5 uker til Stockholm Marathon💕
VO2maxen min tilsvarer kondisjonen til en 23-åring… og det føles ganske rått!💕 Et helt år med løping uten vondter eller belastningsskader💕 Styrketreningen og gode sko (ja, ASICS Novablast 5 er som en potet, kan brukes til alt💕), sammenblandet med mobilitetstrening har gitt god effekt💕
Det fine med all treningen i påsken er at de fleste av øktene har jeg fått unna før barna våknet, eller mens de har kost seg på MiniSATS –skikkelig vinn-vinn med trening for meg, og lek/glede for dem.
