My progress throughout the year has it’s ups and downs
I’ve fell on, fell off, and did it all over again within a span of 6/7 years. My journey is no close to perfection but I learned so much about fitness and more importantly MYSELF. If you think going into a fitness journey will fix all of your problems WITHOUT you doing some real inner work, you are wrong.
I could’ve had a perfect progress all these years but truthfully my mental health would have been sacrificed. Take your time. Nothing is rushed.

Crazy how time flies. So much has happened. As I reflect back on my growth, I’m happy to say it’s been an incredible journey! I promised myself not to get emotional this year on my birthday, in reference to my traumatic past experiences so for that I will not cry but more so, be joyful for this wonderful milestone God continues to lead me on. I tend to get really emotional on my birthdays due to my assault trauma that occurred 4 years ago. As I reflect back, I’ve realized the growth that has been happening in my life and I can’t be more grateful than to thank the almighty above. Waving goodbye to all the regrets by constantly reminding myself that every moment that ever came and every decision made, brought me to this exact place and for that I won’t change a millisecond of it. This birthday has been one for the books and one that I will forever cherish with the amount of love that surrounds me. 25 years came fast but I’m getting better with time. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for me. Declaring that this year is full of peace, happiness, and continued growth and success. I’m looking forward to it all.
