للتشغيل اول خطوة يوضع الوعاء فوق الميزان ثم نقوم بتشغيل الميزان و نلاحظ الرقم صفر عند بداية الوزن ثم نضيف الى الوعاء المواد اللي نرغب بوزنها مثل طحين او فواكه او رز ايا شي بحاجة ل ناخد وزنه
