-Balsamessig cremig
-Salz
-optional Rosa Beeren/ Pfeffer ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So geht’s:
Rosenkohl halbieren und in Öl anbraten. Etwa 5 Minuten dünsten. Kurz vorher dünne Apfelscheiben dazugeben und mit dünsten. Zum Schluss gehackte Walnüsse, Salz, Balsamessig und optional rosa Beeren hinzugeben und Pfanne schwenken. 👌🍴🌱

So richtig wertvoll vollwertig und ballaststoffreich wird es mit Frischkornbrei. Hier wird quasi das ganze Korn verarbeitet. Und noch vitaminreich wird es mit Green Zespri Kiwi. 🍴volle Power Nährstoffe zum Frühstück also. Und so geht‘s:
-100g Hafer Körner (oder Roggen, Dinkel etc.)
-100ml Wasser
-100g Quark
-1 EL Leinöl
-2 TL Honig
Körner mahlen, mit Wasser anrühren und über Nacht zugedeckt quellen lassen. Mit den restlichen Zutaten zu einem Brei rühren.
Für den Kiwi-Vanille-Kompott
-1 Kiwi
-1 TL Vanille-Rohrzucker
-1 TL Speisestärke
-50ml Wasser
Kiwi klein schneiden mit Wasser und Vanille-Rohrzucker kurz aufkochen lassen. Speisestärke mit 1 TL Wasser anrühren und unterrühren. Kurz kochen und eindicken lassen. Über den Frischkornbrei geben.
