バター 200 g
砂糖 3 dl
卵 （Lサイズ）1個
アーモンド粉 4.5 dl（または小麦粉、パン粉、ジンジャーブレッドを砕いたもののミックス）
ビターアーモンドオイル 5〜8滴
ラズベリージャム（またはリンゴジャム）
粉砂糖（少量の水で溶く）
👩🍳【作り方】
①バターと砂糖を混ぜる: 柔らかくしたバターと砂糖を泡立て、色が淡くふんわりするまで混ぜる。
②卵とビターアーモンドオイルを加える。
③粉類を混ぜる：小麦粉、パン粉、アーモンド粉を加えてしっかりした生地になるまで混ぜる。
④成形にジャムを入れる：円筒型の型にバターを塗り、パン粉をまぶす。生地を型に入れ、中心に小さな穴を作ってジャムを入れる。
⑤焼く：200°Cで約20分、きつね色になるまで焼く。
⑥仕上げ：冷めたらジャムの周りに粉砂糖でリングを描く。
💡 豆知識：フレドリカの手書きレシピは何世代にもわたり家族に受け継がれ、2003年に初めて広く公開されました。タルト自体は、ポルヴォーのパン職人 ラルス・アステンニウクス がもとになったと考えられています！

In this course, you will learn basic grammar such as numbers, auxiliary verbs, and case inflection, while practicing expressions that are commonly used in real-life conversations. We will focus on useful phrases for everyday situations and travel, such as “How much is this?”, “What would you like to do?”, and “I want to travel to Finland.”
Rather than simply memorizing grammar rules, the goal of this course is to help you use Finnish in a natural and enjoyable way through example sentences and conversation practice.

In this course, you will take your first steps in learning Finnish by studying the alphabet, pronunciation, and basic expressions such as greetings and short self-introductions.
We will use Chapters 1 and 2 of the textbook “10のレッスンでわかる 入門 フィンランド語” and focus on understanding how Finnish sounds work, while practicing reading and speaking aloud.
This course is designed for complete beginners, so no prior knowledge of Finnish is required.
Through careful explanation and hands-on practice, the aim is to help you build a solid foundation and enjoy getting familiar with the Finnish language.
