Excited to officially share my journey and this series Iâve been working on for YouTube since September.
As we wrap 2025, Iâve been reflecting on a few things â including a year that started without running and is ending with a comeback I have been working hard towards!
The first half of this year forced me to slow down, sit with discomfort, and redefine what progress looks like. The second half is about rebuilding â patiently, intentionally, and with a lot more awareness.

Episode 1 dives into shockwave therapy, my ankle injury, and how I kept moving through swimming and cycling while learning to trust my body again.
