5 años amigos, 5 años de entrenamiento intenso, de cambiar hábitos, llevar una dieta, de tener un preparador, un entrenador, de modificar mi cuerpo apegándolo a una categoría... Y sí, de usar esteroides🤓, jamás lo voy a negar, como dijo Juanga lo que se ve no se pregunta... Pero saben? Los esteroides no me hacen levantarme a las 3:50 am a hacer un cardio de media o una hora (cuando estoy en preparación) ir a trabajar 6 horas de 7am-1:30pm en el IMSS ya que soy godin con bata (químico bacteriologo parasitologo de profesión 🧑🔬), hacer una hora de camino al gimnasio donde entreno, entrenar como si de eso dependiera mi vida, llorando muchas veces porque ya no quiero o estoy muy cansada y luego hacer otra hora de cardio al final, regresar a casa (que me toma también otra hora o hasta más 🥴), llegar y cocinar de 5-6 comidas, preparar todas mis cosas del otro día y así todos los días 🤠... LOS ESTEROIDES NO TE HACEN SER DISCIPLINADO, ¿Por qué creen que no cualquiera puede hacer esto? ¿Por qué creen que no cualquiera puede SOBRESALIR en este deporte? ¿Por qué creen que no cualquiera se hace profesional y no cualquiera es capaz de llegar a un Olympia?... Cualquiera se puede meter esteroides, van a sentir más fuerza uno o dos meses pero después lo van a dejar y estarán igual o peor que antes 🥴...
