In diesem Workshop habt ihr die Möglichkeit, Parkour auf gesunde und sichere Weise auszuprobieren. Das Training beginnt mit einer gründlichen Erwärmung und Mobilisation, um den Körper optimal auf die Anforderungen von Parkour vorzubereiten. Anschließend arbeiten wir Schritt für Schritt an verschiedenen Parkour-Techniken und Moves und wenden diese in der kreativen Auseinandersetzung mit der Umgebung oder auch mal in spielerischer Form an.

Wir freuen uns, auch alle anderen Beiträge dann selbst vor Ort sehen zu können und über den Austausch, wie Design für Alle in der Praxis gelingen kann!
