Today, my sweet boy turns 7.

Seven is a special number in the Bible. It represents completion, perfection, and God’s faithfulness. As I look at you today, I am reminded that you are one of God’s precious gifts to our family and a testimony of His faithfulness to me.

Levi, you are my perfect middle child—the glue that holds us together, the peacemaker, the wise one, and one of the kindest hearts I know.

One of the things I admire most about you is your heart. The way you love others, care for people, and notice when someone needs a hug, encouragement, or a friend. You love deeply and you care deeply. The world needs more hearts like yours.

As I celebrate you today, I cannot help but remember the journey that brought you here. When I was pregnant with you, I faced complications throughout the entire pregnancy. I held my stomach with fear and faith for nine months, praying constantly that God would keep you safe. There were moments when I was terrified of losing you.

I didn’t know what you would look like, what your personality would be, or the incredible little boy you would become. But even when you were only a tiny life growing inside me, I loved you completely.

I prayed for you before I held you.
I loved you before I met you.
I fought for you before you could fight for yourself.

And God answered my prayer.

Just like Hannah declared in Scripture, “For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted me my petition which I asked of Him” (1 Samuel 1:27).

Levi, you are an answered prayer.

As you step into your seventh year, my prayer is that you will continue to grow in wisdom, kindness, strength, and the knowledge of God. May you always know how deeply you are loved—not only by your family but by the God who created you with purpose.

Happy Birthday, my Nana-Levi

You are loved beyond words, cherished beyond measure, and celebrated beyond what you can imagine.

Love,
Mom ❤️

June marks the sixth month of the year—a powerful reminder that the first half of the year is already behind us, and a new half is beginning. Six months have passed, carrying with them victories, disappointments, lessons, prayers, and growth. Some dreams may have been fulfilled, while others are still waiting for their appointed time.

As we step into June, we are not simply turning a page on the calendar; we are entering a fresh opportunity to realign with God’s purpose, renew our faith, and move forward with expectation. The first half of the year may not have gone exactly as planned, but God is not finished with your story. What has not happened yet is not necessarily denied—it may simply be delayed for His perfect timing.

June is an invitation to reflect on where you’ve been, celebrate how far God has brought you, and prepare your heart for what He still wants to do. Leave behind every disappointment, regret, and missed opportunity from the first half of the year. Embrace this new season with hope, knowing that the same God who carried you through January to May will faithfully lead you through the months ahead.

The best of your year is not determined by what happened in the first six months, but by your willingness to trust God with the next six. Step into June with confidence, expectation, and gratitude. A new half is here, and with God, new beginnings are always possible.

A woman who refuses to stay the same will eventually outgrow places, people, and versions of herself that no longer fit where God is taking her.

Growth is uncomfortable.
Becoming is costly.
And evolution will require stretching, pruning, and letting go.

But every heartbreak, every lesson, every lonely season, and every sacrifice is shaping her into the woman she was meant to be.

Don’t despise the process.
There is purpose in your becoming.

Last week, I was watching something with my daughter and there was a little boy speaking in tongues.

She looked at me and asked,
“Mama, should kids speak in tongues?”

And while I wanted to explain spiritual gifts, I felt the Holy Spirit lead me somewhere deeper.

Instead, I started teaching her the 10 Commandments — how to love God, love people, be kind, tell the truth, and have compassion.

Because as Christian parents, our first calling isn’t just to raise children who can pray loud prayers or speak in tongues. It’s to raise children who know how to love.

The world is already full of people who know how to look holy, yet struggle to love others well. Real Christianity is not only seen in spiritual gifts, but in how we treat people every day.

Yes, teach them how to pray. Teach them to seek God deeply. But also teach them the Parable of the Good Samaritan — to help the hurting, show mercy, and love beyond appearances. (Luke 10:36–37)

Yesterday, my husband and I had the honor of attending a beautiful marriage celebration, and my heart left full.

There is something so special about witnessing two people choose each other before God, family, and friends. In a world where love is often rushed or tested, it’s refreshing to see a love built on commitment, patience, friendship, and grace.

Marriage is more than a wedding day, beautiful outfits, or lovely decorations. It is two imperfect people choosing each other over and over again through every season of life. It is partnership, sacrifice, forgiveness, laughter, prayer, and growing together.

Watching the joy, the smiles, the promises, and the love in the room reminded me that love is still beautiful. Real love still exists. God’s design for marriage is still precious.

Family mini vacation in Germany 🇩🇪 part 3 - discovering the beautiful city of Munich, shopping and enjoying the beautiful architecture of the city.
I’m blessed because I get to do this with my family.

When we first started traveling with the kids, they were very little so they couldn’t voice out what they thought of the cities and countries we visited. But watching them now enjoy the cities, pointing at beautiful buildings, enjoy local foods and comfortably walk around to discover new things makes my heart melt.

Happy birthday to me!🥳🎊🎉❤️❤️❤️

Today, I dance with a grateful heart—not just to celebrate another year of life, but to honor the faithfulness of God through every season I’ve walked through.

I am thankful not only for answered prayers, but for the process. Thankful for strength where there was once weakness, joy where there was once pain, and clarity and purpose where there was once confusion. Every step, every lesson, every victory has been marked by His grace.

As I step into this new year, I do so with expectation, unwavering faith, and deep gratitude—confident that the same God who has carried me this far is still at work and is not finished with me yet.

As I enter into a new chapter of my life, my prayer is this - Like Jabez, Oh Lord, that You would bless me indeed, enlarge my territory, let Your hand be with me, and keep me from harm. Amen.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or imagine, according to the power that works in us continue to bless and keep me - Ephesians 3:20
