5️⃣ Sigue cogiendo aire de forma profunda y constante.
6️⃣ Mantén la respiración durante unos 10 segundos.
7️⃣ Expulsa el aire lentamente.
8️⃣ Si tu inhalador lleva corticoides, enjuágate la boca al terminar.
⚠️ Un mal uso puede hacer que el tratamiento sea menos efectivo y aumentar el riesgo de problemas en la boca, como irritación, afonía o candidiasis oral.
