Here are a few facts about me:
1. I attended college in NC and played Division 2 Volleyball.
2. After graduating from college I moved home to NY and taught 2nd grade at a small school outside the city.
3. I then moved back to NC and taught 1st grade for 4 years.
4. After being away from my family all throughout covid I knew I had to get back to NY (I know it’s a lot to keep up with 🥲) and now am in my third year teaching 3rd grade.
5. I started posting on social media consistently during Covid & have truly loved the community I’ve built on here & other platforms.
6. My favorite thing to teach is multiplication, so many fun pop songs for each times table!!
7. My love for the is truly unmatched, all my current and prior students are VERY aware of this 😂
8. I post a lot of my life on here but some days I won’t post & that’s okay too! I’ve really worked on not comparing myself to other influencers & do what’s best for me.
9. My sister is one of my favorite people in the whole world ❤️ & her pup, Trucker will forever have my heart.
10. I have a BIG love for the special needs community. From having family members with special needs, teaching at a sleep-away camp for all special needs people, working at a hearing impaired school, teaching many special needs kiddos I have been beyond blessed to be around so many angels on earth.
I am beyond grateful for each and every one of you, even if you didn’t read all of this!! Social media has become an outlet for me to share my teacher life & real life with others ❤️ I’m so glad you’ve chosen to stay!
