Our incomes haven’t always been what I would consider high. We were living off my part time teaching wage. I was working three days a week as I had just returned to work after having our first baby.
Then we saved my husbands wage because it was less consistent. In 2017 he earned $37.6k, $63k in 2018 and $57.6k in 2019.

I’m sick and really wanted to ordered my boys tuckshop but just couldn’t bring myself to pay nearly $30.
I would need to go to work for an extra hour to earn that $30 after tax. No thanks 👎🏼
