Simply lightly grease small bowls or ramekins - I’ve used airfryer kit glass baking bowls - with a spray of oil or a lick of butter.
Crack an egg into the bowl, and a dash of milk - about a tablespoon will do.
Then, fill with goodies. I’ve used chopped tomatoes and some grated cheese, but you can fill with other veggies, ham, or some passata as well to make it super saucy!
Mix it all together around the yolk - being careful to puncture the yolk if you like it runny!
Pop in the air fryer for 10mins on 160° and that’s about it ☺️
Love that the air fryer kits come with a silicone mat to hold the bowls on place, and the basket in the airfryer has plenty of space for dishes and bowls so I can make all my usual dishes in a flash.
The kids loved dipping toast in their eggs, and that they had their own little bowl for dinner 🥰

A little bit about me. I’m a year 10 English history teacher, born and raised in beautiful Tassie. I love Asian food, grazing plates and my current obsession is homemade gin cocktails. I’m a serial planner and (unsurprisingly) one of my favourite things to do each week is plan our family meals, which is really how this page started - a way to document what we were eating to keep myself accountable and make sure we were getting some good variety. It’s since become second nature to regularly share what’s on our plates - which more often than not is fuss-free, simple food which you can easily adapt for your own littles.
I get a warm, fuzzy kick out of knowing that I’m providing a little bit of realness and inspiration to other parents out there when it comes to feeding their kids. So hey, you might (might!) just be seeing a little bit more of me from now on.
