was in #Portugal for a few days, escaping the Paris heat, so we met in Baixa and let the afternoon unfold naturally.
We wandered through the old streets, stopped whenever the light felt right, and followed the rails all the way up to #Bica. Later, the breeze at #MiradourodeSantaCatarina closed the day in that calm way only Lisbon knows how to offer.
A few moments from that walk:
1. The #ArcoAugusta at Baixa were the first stop a quiet moment before the city woke up.
2. Looking up to catch the day’s first warm light.
3. A pause on a silent street, #summer heat slowing everything down.
4. Settling into Lisbon’s rhythm no posing, just the city as it is.
5. Wandering through, guided by the sound of the trams.
6. One of those corners where everything feels like a memory.
7. Crossing Bica as the view opened toward the river.
8. Reaching Santa Catarina and the golden breeze.
9. Ending the day in the calm that only a miradouro can offer.

🍂 From the moment we started our late-autumn walk leaving #Baixa toward #Alfama, it was clear this would be a special session. She arrived with a calm confidence, a refined elegance, and an instinctive understanding of how to move for the camera. Working with her felt effortless, she knows how to pose, but also how to simply be, and that makes all the difference.
For this post, I wanted to share just a small cut of our time together, one of the outfits, one sequence, a glimpse of the atmosphere we created. Her dress flowed perfectly with Lisbon’s palette: the yellow façades, the tiled corners, the narrow staircases shaped by years of footsteps. There was a beautiful contrast between her chic energy and Alfama’s rustic charm, and the city almost seemed to respond to her as she passed.
This is only a teaser of the full session — a highlight from a much larger visual story we built walking through the old streets.

She’s from Los Angeles, a veterinarian, and someone who instantly connected with Lisbon from the very first time she walked these streets. She always tells me she’d love to live here someday — no pressure, no timeline, just a quiet dream she carries with her.
Our first session was all around the city.
The second one was in Alfama, the neighborhood she keeps returning to year after year, renting the same apartment because it simply feels right.
And this time, for our third session, she asked for something different — so I brought her to one of my favorite places: Cacilhas.
And honestly… my label has never made more sense than it does with her.
What started as photographer and client turned into friendship.
A friend who values my work, supports what I do, and makes a point to book me every time she comes back to visit. That means more than she probably realizes.

From van life in #Portugal to concrete jungle of #Brazil.
AWP hitched a ride in my suitcase and landed right here at the iconic #PraçaRoosevelt, downtown #SaoPaulo.
Allways Pirates isn’t just a #brand, it’s a spirit. Born on the roads of Portugal, they rent out for those chasing freedom, waves, and winding trails. I’ve had the pleasure of capturing their van lifestyle before. This time, they traveled with me in a different way.
Last summer in Brazil, AWP sent their pirate energy to my suitcase and we brought it to the streets of Sao Paulo. Roosevelt Square was our port of call. Urban, raw, full of movement, just like the brand.
This marks another chapter in the project, where I carry brands between continents. Portuguese vibes in Brazil. Brazilian essence in Europe. From Portugal to Spain, France, Germany and soon beyond, stay tuned for more cross-continental visual adventures.

This time, we started near #CaisdoSodré and wandered around the streets by the #TimeoutMarket. The mix of glass reflections, concrete walls and torn posters gave the city that rough texture we both like. Ana, as always, brings movement even when standing still, a dancer’s posture, a spontaneous look, a spark of curiosity.
