Why F45?
I love everything about it. The sessions are tough and hard work which is what you want from a workout but also enjoyable. Every session is different and it pushes me to improve every time. The trainers are great. Really helpful and provide loads of energy along with the house music 🎵 to help push me through the classes.
Favourite session:
Got to be Saturday morning. A little bit longer than the weekly sessions which makes it that much tougher but the perfect way to start the weekend.

Why F45
It’s genuinely the best - the workouts are so intense but in a good way, it keeps me accountable, pushes me harder than I push myself, and the energy in the room is unmatched. Also, the music really carries you😂
Favourite session - Wednesday, it kills me off but in the best way, I always walk out feeling stronger than I walked in.
Guilty snack - Greek yogurt with a Daim bar cut up with honey (don’t knock it till you try it)
