1 su bardağı pirinci iyice nişastasından arındırana kadar yıkadım daha sonra kaynar suda beklettim. Bu sırada salatalığı, havucu ve avokadoyu jülyen şekilde doğradım. Pirincim 20 dk suda bekledikten sonra 3 su bardağı suda haşladım. Lapa olması gerekiyor.
Sushi matımı streç film ile kapladım (yapışmaması için büyük kolaylık) sonrasında yosunumun tırtıklı tarafı bana bakacak şekilde koyup malzemeleri videodaki gibi üzerine koydum ve sardım. Bazılarında da önce pirinci sonra yosunu üzerine koydum kendinize göre çeşitlendirebilirsiniz. Bu arada rolleri keserken bı*çağınıza pirinç yapışmaması için her seferinde bı*çağı ıslatmanız gerekiyor. Kedi dilini robottan geçirip içine taze peynir, kahve ve pudra şekerini ilave edip yoğuruyoruz sonrasında da ceviz büyüklüğünde yuvarlayıp kakaoya buluyoruz
Kreması için ise labne,krema,pudra şekeri ve granül kahveyi iyice çırpıyoruz. Yapılışı çok kolay tadı da bir o kadar lezzetli. Mutlaka deneyinn deneyenlere şimdiden afiyet olsun🫶🏻🤎✨
