Last week, I had to privilege of volunteering alongside esteemed professionals and fellow classmates at a World Major Marathon.
Between the Marathon Expo and the actual race day itself, I discussed goals, motivations and game plans, settled anxieties, and of course on the day of, provided physical support with runners.
26.2 miles is serious business!
From first-time marathoners and charity participants to Olympians, Paraylmpians, and World record breakers, it was truly incredible to witness, speak with, and support such a diverse group of people ❤️
Their stories, perseverance, and dedication is truly one of a kind, and has left me inspired to always continue onward, one step at a time 👟
