Huge thank you to the air ambulance crew for getting us there and back safely, to the incredible staff at for getting him through his third (and hopefully final) open heart surgery, and most of all to his surgeon — the same man who has performed each of Leo’s surgeries and who took a chance on him as a baby when no one else would. We owe him everything. Three weeks ago he promised us, “we’ll take good care of him” …and he truly did 🥹
