No Vendor is perfect. 100% we all make mistakes.
But I can honestly tell you I don’t know of any Coordinator and/or Planner that has ever asked a couple or fellow vendor what is the address of the wedding location the day before the wedding.
This happens enough to be a reoccurring annoyance.
As a coordinator I call, text, and email to make sure that you are (vendor) receiving the information. Once you confirm that you have received the information it is on you. If you have questions, you need anything read the information and of course reach out to us.
But while we are running multiple rehearsals the day before an event and gathering all of our loose ends, these are not the text messages I want to be receiving.
and yes, I did send this vendor the address they were just really fast at replying and I did cut it off the text so that the Couple! doesn’t know that this was a thing that was happening the day before their wedding.
