Upgrading your seating makes a massive impact on your overall design! If you need to use the venueās standard house chairs for budget reasons, thatās one thingā¦but if you have the flexibility to rent upgraded chairs, do it! Chairs are often the most visible, repetitive element in your wedding design, and elevated seating completely transforms a space.
3. High-Quality Entertainment-
This is the part your guests will actually rememberā¦how they felt and what the experience was like! šŗš½A budget DJ can instantly kill the vibe you diligently spent a year planning. Investing in premium entertainment ensures the energy stays high and the dance floor stays packed. šŖ©
4. Limited (and Timed) Speeches-
Itās lovely to have so many loved ones who want to toast to your future, but a long line of speeches can cause the eveningās energy to plummet. Instead, take advantage of your Welcome Party or Rehearsal Dinner to host the majority of your toasts. You still get the honor of hearing them all, just not all in one sitting. For the wedding night, I strongly encourage putting a time limit on each speech to keep them focused and thoughtful. Three minutes is the sweet spot. š¤
5. A Hair and Makeup Trial-
I probably donāt even need to explain this one, but itās a non-negotiable. I want my brides to feel gorgeous, calm, and confident on their wedding day. The fastest way to crush that joyful energy is if she isnāt happy with her look. A trial ensures you are entirely aligned with your beauty team before the big day. š°āāļø
