For the first image our 3D artist nestled themselves on the other side of the road behind a small hedge and framed the architecture with some lush green trees and foliage. Then set up a tripod, adjusted the lens on their Canon 5D to 35mm at an f-stop of 8/ISO 100, and pulled the trigger exactly as a cyclist came bolting past from the right side. Emulating a slight chiaroscuro effect to the image, with a darker foreground and brighter and more focused on the main stage.
